Summary
This study adapts a proven PTSD therapy (STAIR-NT) for people in methadone treatment who also use cocaine and opioids. Researchers will test if the adapted program is practical and acceptable, and whether it reduces substance use and PTSD symptoms. About 80 participants will be randomly assigned to the new therapy or usual care.
