Summary
This study looks at how an athlete's mental readiness, along with knee function and strength, affects their ability to return to sports after ACL reconstruction. Researchers will measure psychological readiness, knee function, and muscle strength in 52 male athletes who had ACL surgery 6-12 months ago. The goal is to understand how both mind and body work together for a successful recovery.
