Summary

After knee surgery, a condition called arthrogenic muscle inhibition can prevent the quadriceps from activating properly, slowing recovery. This trial tests whether giving patients real-time visual feedback of their muscle activity during rehab exercises helps them contract more accurately. Each of the 5 adult participants will complete sessions both with and without the biofeedback, acting as their own control. The goal is to see if this simple tool improves motor control and muscle engagement.
