Summary

This trial tests whether adding electrical stimulation to the lower back muscles, alongside standard rehabilitation, can improve spine and pelvis alignment after total knee replacement surgery. People aged 40-80 with knee osteoarthritis and measurable spinal misalignment will be randomly assigned to receive either standard rehab with quadriceps stimulation plus paraspinal stimulation, or standard rehab with quadriceps stimulation alone. The study will measure changes in spinal alignment on X-rays, as well as pain, function, and quality of life, over a 6-month period.
