Precision radiation trial aims to stop prostate cancer recurrence

Summary

This study is testing a new way to deliver radiation for high-risk prostate cancer. Doctors will use advanced PSMA PET/MR scans to precisely target tumors and give a stronger dose to the most aggressive areas. The goal is to improve the chance of staying cancer-free for at least two years. The trial enrolls 50 men with high-intermediate or high-risk prostate cancer.
