First seen Jun 10, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests a new treatment called PRS CK STORM, made from immune and fat cells, to safely reduce the dangerous inflammation (cytokine storm) that can happen in severe viral lung infections like COVID-19, flu, and RSV. About 50 adults who need oxygen therapy will receive either a low dose, a high dose, or a placebo. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and helps improve oxygen levels and recovery.
