Summary

This study tested a shorter radiation treatment called proton-based SABR for men with early-stage prostate cancer. Instead of the usual eight weeks, patients received five treatments over two weeks. The goal was to see if this approach keeps side effects low and maintains quality of life. The trial included 150 men with low-risk prostate cancer.
