First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests whether proton beam therapy, sometimes combined with standard radiation, can control skull base chondrosarcoma—a rare tumor near the brain. Fifteen adults who had surgery to remove as much tumor as possible will receive this targeted radiation. The main goal is to see how long it takes for the tumor to come back, and to check for side effects.
