Immune drug aims to wipe out prostate cancer in new trial

Summary
This study tests a new drug called 2141-V11, which helps the immune system find and kill prostate cancer cells. It is given as an injection into the tumor, either alone before surgery for intermediate-risk cancer or combined with hormone therapy for high-risk or early metastatic cancer. The goal is to see if this approach can completely eliminate cancer or leave only tiny traces. About 57 men will take part.
