Summary

This study follows 200 men with prostate cancer who are receiving hormone therapy (androgen deprivation therapy) for at least 6 months. Researchers want to understand how this treatment affects the heart, including changes in heart function and the risk of heart failure. They will also look at how factors like race, income, and access to healthcare play a role. Participants will have heart ultrasounds, blood tests, and answer questions about symptoms and activity for up to 5 years.
