Summary

This study follows 200 men with prostate cancer who are receiving hormone therapy (androgen deprivation therapy) for at least 6 months. Researchers want to understand how this treatment affects the heart over time, and how factors like medical history, race, income, and access to healthcare play a role. Participants will have heart ultrasounds, blood tests, and answer questions about symptoms and activity for up to 5 years.
