Summary
This Phase 3 trial compares two hormone therapies (GnRH antagonist vs GnRH agonist) given alongside radiation for men with very high-risk localized or locally advanced prostate cancer. The main goal is to see which combination better delays cancer progression. The study enrolled 885 participants and is no longer recruiting.
