First seen Jan 15, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study tests whether a new drug (BMS986365) combined with hormone therapy (degarelix) can safely shrink or eliminate high-risk prostate cancer before surgery. About 30 adults with localized high-risk prostate cancer will receive the drug combo for a few months, then have their prostate removed. The main goal is to see how many patients have no cancer or only tiny tumors left after treatment.
