This study tests whether a new drug (BMS986365) combined with hormone therapy (degarelix) can safely shrink or eliminate high-risk prostate cancer before standard surgery. About 30 participants will receive the combination for several months, then have their prostate removed. The main goal is to see how many patients have no cancer or only tiny spots left in the removed tissue.
