Scientists hunt for clues to predict prostate cancer treatment success

NCT ID NCT05477823

Summary

This small, early-stage study aims to find clues that can predict how well a patient's high-risk prostate cancer will respond to standard treatment. Researchers will look at special medical scans and a genetic test from 30 men already scheduled to receive radiation and hormone therapy. The goal is to learn if these clues can identify, early on, which patients are at risk for a poor response.
