Summary
This study is testing a remote monitoring system for men with prostate cancer who are on 'active surveillance'—a plan to watch the cancer closely instead of treating it right away. It aims to see if tracking symptoms and disease progression electronically can help doctors decide when treatment is needed. The study will also collect data to better understand how prostate cancer behaves over time.
