Can extra numbing shots make prostate biopsies hurt less?

Summary
This study looks at whether adding local anesthesia (numbing medicine) during a prostate biopsy, while patients are already sedated, reduces pain after the procedure. About 800 men will take part. The goal is to see if this simple change can lower pain scores, cut down on painkiller use, and help people go home sooner.
