Summary
This study is testing whether taking propolis and royal jelly supplements for two months can reduce inflammation and oxidative stress in people with high blood pressure. Researchers will measure changes in inflammatory markers from blood samples. The study involves 48 adults with stable hypertension who are already on regular medication.
