NCT ID NCT06424769
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looks at whether people with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) have better outcomes and feel more in control of their health when they can text their medical team and regularly report symptoms via text surveys. About 900 participants will be split into two groups: one gets text education only, the other gets education plus symptom tracking and direct messaging with their care team. The goal is to see if better communication and monitoring can improve disease management and reduce health disparities.
