Summary
This study looked at three treatments for chronic low back pain: standard physiotherapy, balneotherapy (mineral baths) plus physiotherapy, and prolotherapy (dextrose injections). 84 adults with pain lasting over 3 months were treated for 4 weeks. The goal was to see which approach best reduced pain and improved daily function.
