First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests a special toilet device that automatically measures urine and stool output in hospital patients. About 54 adults receiving stem cell transplants will use the device during their stay. The goal is to see if the device is as accurate as nurses manually measuring output, which could save time and improve care.
