Summary

This study is testing if giving children a specific probiotic yeast alongside a common antibiotic can help protect their gut health. It aims to see if the probiotic reduces antibiotic-related diarrhea and helps maintain a healthier balance of gut and nose bacteria. The trial involves 100 children aged 4-12 who are being treated for ear or sinus infections.
