Summary

This study tests whether a daily probiotic supplement can help treat depression in people with Parkinson's disease. Sixty adults with mild to moderate Parkinson's and depression will take either the probiotic or a placebo for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in mood and fatigue using standard questionnaires.
