Summary
This study tests whether a daily probiotic can reduce depression symptoms in people with Parkinson's disease. 60 participants will take either a multi-strain probiotic or a placebo for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure mood changes using standard depression questionnaires. The goal is to find a safe, non-drug way to improve mood in Parkinson's.
