This study aims to improve nutrition screening and support for 300 college athletes at Case Western Reserve University. Researchers will use simple, low-risk methods like measuring height, weight, grip strength, and body composition, plus questionnaires, to identify athletes at risk for Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S). Dietitians will provide personalized nutrition advice based on the results. Data will be collected before, during, and after the sports season.
