NCT ID NCT07417527

First seen Mar 07, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study tests whether taking short, 5-minute exercise breaks at work can prevent muscle and joint pain in workers. 150 active workers aged 18 and older will be split into two groups: one doing strength exercises and the other doing stretching exercises. They will do these breaks daily for 8 weeks, with one supervised session per week. The researchers will measure physical function and pain levels before and after the program to see which type of exercise works best.
