Summary

This study looks at whether taking whey protein with collagen and doing resistance exercises can help people keep their muscle mass after bariatric surgery. About 35 adults aged 20-50 will be split into four groups to compare different combinations of supplements and exercise. The goal is to find a simple way to prevent muscle loss and improve body composition after surgery.
