First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether press needles (small needles taped to the skin) on body and ear acupuncture points, combined with medication, can reduce symptoms and improve quality of life in people with functional dyspepsia (stomach pain or discomfort without a clear cause). About 38 adults will receive either real press needles or fake ones for 14 days. Researchers will measure symptom changes using questionnaires.
