Summary
This study tests whether giving a special fluid (colloid) before anesthesia can prevent blood pressure drops in 116 people undergoing transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR). Participants will receive either the colloid or a standard salt solution before anesthesia. The goal is to see which fluid keeps blood pressure more stable during the first 15 minutes after anesthesia starts.
