Summary
This trial tests whether wearing a portable heart monitor for two weeks after a TAVI procedure can reduce the risk of sudden death, dangerous heart rhythms, or stroke within the following year. People who have had a successful TAVI and show certain electrical abnormalities on their ECG at discharge may participate. Half will receive the monitor, while the other half will receive standard care, and outcomes will be compared.
