Summary
This study tested whether a structured program of exercise, nutritional advice, and psychological support is safe and practical for frail patients with cirrhosis waiting for a liver transplant. 25 adults on the transplant list took part. The goal was to see if patients could stick with the program and if it improved frailty and nutrition before surgery.
