Summary

This study tests whether giving pain medicine before a root canal can lower pain during and after the procedure. 280 adults with moderate to severe tooth pain will receive either a combination of pregabalin and acetaminophen, duloxetine and acetaminophen, or a placebo before treatment. Researchers will measure pain levels at several time points to see which approach works best.
