Summary
This study aims to create a computer model that predicts how airway surgery will affect obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in children with Down syndrome. Researchers will measure airway resistance during sleep MRI scans in about 73 participants. The goal is to better plan surgeries and improve nighttime breathing.
