First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looks at 100 women with breast cancer who are taking a type of drug called a CDK4/6 inhibitor. The goal is to find genetic and blood markers that can predict which patients might have severe side effects or not get enough benefit from the drug. By understanding these markers, doctors may one day be able to personalize treatment to reduce harm and improve outcomes.
