New study tracks targeted therapy effects on hidden colorectal cancer

Summary

This study watches 40 adults with colorectal cancer who have no visible tumors but have minimal residual disease (MRD) detected by a blood test. Participants receive standard biomarker-directed therapy chosen by their own doctor. The goal is to see how this therapy affects cancer DNA in the blood and to track safety. No new treatment is given—this is an observational study only.
