This study looks at whether levels of a molecule called inorganic pyrophosphate (PPi) in the blood are linked to blood vessel damage in children with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Researchers will compare PPi levels in children with CKD (including those on dialysis or with a kidney transplant) to levels in healthy children.
