Summary
This study tested a diabetes prevention program tailored for men who are at risk for type 2 diabetes. About 300 men joined the program, which focused on healthy eating and exercise to help them lose weight. The goal was to see if a men-friendly approach could help more guys stick with the program and lower their diabetes risk.
