First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study checks if a new questionnaire called the Postural Habits and Awareness Scale (PHAS) is a reliable tool for people with postural hyperkyphosis (a rounded upper back). Researchers will ask 128 participants to fill out the PHAS twice, two weeks apart, to see if the results are consistent. The goal is to give doctors and therapists a trustworthy way to measure posture awareness in clinics and future studies.
