First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 04, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study looks at whether guided rehab with a specialist is better than doing exercises alone at home for preventing and treating pelvic floor problems after childbirth. About 80 new mothers will be assigned to either supervised physiotherapy or home training with a mobile app. The goal is to see which approach improves muscle strength, reduces symptoms like incontinence, and boosts quality of life.
