Summary
This study tests whether a text-message based chatbot support program can reduce symptoms of postpartum depression in people of color who recently gave birth. About 156 participants will either get the chatbot or usual care. The goal is to see if the chatbot lowers depression scores and helps more people attend their follow-up visits.
