NCT ID NCT07441343
First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study explores whether taking a daily polyphenol supplement (natural compounds found in plants) alongside a 12-week exercise program can help older adults build strength and physical function better than exercise alone. Researchers will recruit 40 people over 60 to test if this approach is practical and effective. The goal is to find simple ways to combat age-related muscle loss and frailty.
