Ultrasound may cut hospital stays for heart failure patients

Summary
This study looks at whether using a simple bedside ultrasound (POCUS) can help doctors better manage fluids in patients hospitalized with worsening heart failure. About 66 adults will be randomly assigned to either ultrasound-guided care or standard care. The main goal is to see if ultrasound leads to shorter hospital stays and fewer readmissions within 30 days.
