New drug targets aggressive brain tumors with genetic flaw

Summary
This study tests a drug called PLX038 in adults with brain or spinal cord tumors, especially those with changes in the MYC or MYCN genes. About 146 people will receive the drug through an IV every 3 weeks for up to 7 months, along with a second drug to prevent infection. The goal is to see if PLX038 can shrink tumors or slow their growth.
