Summary
This study tested a program called Naungan Kasih-Hybrid that combines a single in-person session, teacher-led WhatsApp groups, and a chatbot to help parents of preschoolers in low-income families in Malaysia. Over 770 parents and 750 children from 50 preschools took part. The goal was to see if this low-cost, digital approach could improve positive parenting and child learning.
