Inclusion Criteria: Children aged between 6 and 9 years * Receiving basic gymnastics training at Istanbul Gelisim University Sports Club * Having parental/guardian written informed consent * Participating in baseline and final outcome measurements Exclusion Criteria: Having any physical disability or chronic orthopedic condition that prevents active participation in exercise * Missing more than two training sessions during the 6-week program * Previous history of acute muscle or joint injury in the past 6 months
