Inclusion Criteria: * Male basketball players aged 15 to 17 years. * Active participation in organized basketball training and competition. * At least 6 years of regular basketball training experience. * Participation in basketball training at least 5 days per week. * Written informed consent from a parent or legal guardian and assent from the participant.
