Summary
This study will check if two blood markers (MPV and PDW) can help doctors find deep vein thrombosis early in ICU patients who need a breathing machine. Researchers will follow 100 adults in the ICU and use ultrasound to confirm any clots. The goal is to see if these simple tests can predict clots and help guide treatment.
