Summary
This study measured the amount of free DNA and nucleosomes in the blood of 137 women to see if these levels differ between those with pregnancy complications (like preeclampsia or blood clots) and those with healthy pregnancies or no pregnancy. The goal was to understand if these markers could help identify problems early. The study did not test any treatment.
