First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 31, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study looks at whether eating pistachios every day for 6 months can improve memory, thinking skills, heart health markers like blood pressure, and overall life satisfaction in older adults aged 65 to 80. About 97 participants who are already in a larger study will eat pistachios as part of their diet. The goal is to see if this simple food change can help control age-related decline.
