New drug duo offers hope for Tough-to-Treat lymphoma
NCT ID NCT05529069
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether combining two oral drugs, pirtobrutinib and venetoclax, can control mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) in patients whose cancer has come back or hasn't responded to prior treatments. About 30 adults with confirmed MCL will take these pills to see how many achieve a significant reduction in cancer. The goal is disease control, not a cure, as ongoing management is expected.
