Summary

This study compared Pilates exercises to aerobic exercises for reducing menstrual pain in young women with primary dysmenorrhea. Thirty-two women aged 18-25 with regular cycles and normal BMI participated. After 8 weeks, both types of exercise were evaluated for their effect on pain severity and quality of life.
