First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether aerobic exercise or a relaxation method (Jacobson's technique) works better for reducing pain, tiredness, and improving daily life in young women with painful periods. About 58 women aged 17-24 with mild period pain will be randomly placed into one of two groups. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to manage period symptoms.
