This study tests whether connective tissue massage or music-based relaxation can reduce pain and other symptoms in women with primary dysmenorrhea (painful periods). Thirty-six women will be randomly assigned to massage, relaxation, or a control group. The treatments are given before and during one menstrual cycle, and pain levels are tracked over two cycles.
